Product Description for TAC 1500 H14 HEPA filter against corona viruses
H14: HEPA filters certified for class H14 remove more than 99.995% of all fine suspended particles and have a permeability of only 0.005%. This means that an H14 filter has a 10-fold higher separation than an H13 filter. Filters of this class are useful, for example, for clean air production in operating theatres, laboratories or production plants for computer chips.
H14 Filters can be used to filter viruses:
Viruses have a size between 0.005 µm and 0.1 µm. Usually combined with other particles, such as saliva, suspended solids, etc., they form conglomerates.
Conglomerates are also called germs. Usually they have a size between 0.4 µm and 0.5 µm. The more reliable separation of germs (conglomerates) is achieved by using min. H14 filters.
Each filter is tested according to EN 1822 and DIN EN 60335-2-69 and receives its own serial number. The protocol of the test or test certificate is enclosed with each filter.
Filter area approx. 4.25 m²
Dimensions: 305 x 305 x 160 mm
Note: When changing filters of most probably contaminated H14 filters, appropriate protective equipment must be worn and hygiene and disinfection measures must be implemented.
