When using water-cooled PT air-conditioning systems, the installation of the connection sets to the externally placed heat exchanger may sometimes be difficult depending on the location, for example in the case of high walls or missing intermediate ceilings, eg in halls.
For such situations, the PlanoPT under-door connector is an ideal and time-saving solution!
With the PlanoPT underpass connector, the connection sets between water-cooled PT air-conditioning units and their external heat exchangers can be installed under doors - with a total connection length of up to 40 m.
The only one of its kind in the world, PlanoPT, which is exclusively available at Trotec, has all the connections for fast installation. Quick release couplings as well as plugs for the power line and condensate hose connections.
The PlanoPT can be used with all water-cooled PT models and is equipped with all connections on both sides. It is supplied ready for connection with the PT 6500 S air conditioning unit and can be combined with PortaTemp 4500 W or PortaTemp 6500 W by means of an optional adapter cable.
The flow design of the watertight multi-chamber system has been specifically optimized for the flow rates of the PT air-conditioning units and ensures the interference-free feedthrough without back-pressure despite a mid-section height of only 5 millimeters.
Due to its particularly flat middle section, the PlanoPT can be installed practically under all common interior and exterior doors. The PlanoPT does not have any influence on the closing behavior, so that, for example, external doors of event rooms can be closed.
