Reliable dry storage
The TTK 72 E is unobtrusive from the outside, but nevertheless has enormous power reserves. With up to 24 litres in 24 hours, it is the ideal partner when it comes to reliably keeping living and office spaces up to around 50 m² dry. To this end, the unit uses an integrated LED light to indicate the current status of the room in terms of humidity.
With the aid of the coloured LED signals of the TTK 72 E, it is immediately clear what the humidity situation in the room is: depending on whether the room humidity is below or above 55 %, either a blue, a green or a red LED lights up on the front of the unit.
- The blue LED lights up when the room humidity drops below 55 %.
- Green indicates that the humidity is in the optimum range between 55% and 70%.
- Red means that the room air humidity has risen above 70 %.
Comfortable functions
In addition to automatic operation with a preset humidity of 55 %, the comfortable control panel with digital display also allows the selection of the hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification with target value selection between 30 and 80 % RH in 5 % steps, permanent operation and the ventilation function.
The equipment profile of the TTK 72 E naturally includes the high standards of the HomeComfort series. These include, for example, the practical laundry drying and timer function, a level warning light when the water tank is full and the overfill protection with auto switch-off. This functional diversity is rounded off by the integrated, washable air filter, which enables additional air purification by extracting dust or pet hair, and the drainage connection, which allows unattended continuous operation.
Gentle laundry drying with air dehumidifiers
In addition to room air dehumidification, an air dehumidifier can also be conveniently used for drying laundry - either as a support or as a complete replacement for a conventional tumble dryer. The laundry drying function (or textile drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional air drying outdoors.
Dehumidifiers offer the advantage that the laundry is dried gently as in nature. Colours remain vibrant and clothes have a longer life than with conventional tumble dryers and this with significantly less power consumption.
In addition, sensitive materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibres can be dried without hesitation. In contrast to pure air-drying, the laundry is much softer and more pleasant to wear on the skin.
Laundry drying is also possible with air dehumidifiers without a clothes drying function. The target value of the air humidity must then be set according to the desired residual moisture:

Propane (R290) as environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers
Every year, synthetic refrigerants release several million tonnes of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. By using propane (R290) as refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.
The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and is a hydrocarbon. In contrast to synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).
Additional plus for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus additionally reduces your energy costs.

The easy-to-read digital display shows you the current indoor temperature (in °C or °F), humidity (in %), date, day of the week and time in large digital digits. In addition, the graphically designed weather trend forecast signals upcoming weather changes. A particularly attractive and amazing eye-catcher is the completely transparent display of this indoor climate station. The multi-functionality is rounded off by a wake-up mode with a convenient snooze button. For an optimum feel-good climate and to prevent mould
The right temperature and optimally regulated humidity are decisive factors for a pleasant and healthy indoor climate. Both too high and too low climate values noticeably impair our well-being. It is therefore worth keeping an eye on temperature and humidity with the BZ06 thermohygrometer to regulate them to the optimum range with a dehumidifier, humidifier or an adapted heating capacity or cooling, depending on how you feel.
A positive side effect: transparent room climate data is the first step towards reducing expensive energy costs. Every degree of room temperature saved reduces energy consumption by approx. 6% and thus also your heating bill. And permanently too high humidity promotes the formation of mould in the room. Here, too, the percentage values should be kept in mind in order to be able to take measures in time and prevent health hazards.
We feel most comfortable within a climate corridor of 20 to 22 °C at 40 to 60 % relative humidity (comfort diagram according to Leusden and Freymark)
Climate conditions outside these values are perceived as unpleasant by most people. In addition, too high humidity can cause a wide range of damage. The first recognizable alarm signs are usually damp clothing, a musty smell and stained walls (mould stains) or sprouting potatoes in cellars. Did you know, for example, that mould forms from 70% humidity - and rust from 60%? Without regulation, indoor humidity can fluctuate greatly and rarely reaches optimum values on its own - also depending on the season and the climatic conditions outside.

Multifunctional and simply practical
The BZ06 thermohygrometer measures the current room temperature and relative humidity every 20 seconds. The temperature measuring range is from -10 °C to +50 °C. The relative humidity is measured from 20% RH to 99% RH. With the integrated MIN/MAX function, the instrument memorizes the lowest and highest values. In this way you can find out whether there were any undesirable deviations, for example at night or during your holiday. At the touch of a button you can call up the maximum or minimum values or reset them again if necessary.
Sunshine in sight? Symbolic weather trend display
Use the BZ06's graphically designed weather trend display as an additional source of weather information. A forecast is generated based on the humidity values. With one glance at the large LCD display, you will know directly whether it will be sunny, slightly cloudy, cloudy or rainy in the form of 4 appealing weather symbols.
Digital alarm clock with snooze function
For use in the bedroom, an alarm clock function is integrated into the otherwise completely silent BZ06. The time can be displayed in both 24-hour and 12-hour format. Do you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning? One press of the Snooze button is all it takes to stay in bed for 4 more minutes before the next beep sounds. And when the weather forecast promises sunshine, you start the day with much more motivation! If desired, an audio signal can also be set to indicate every full hour. By the way, if you don't want to have the time permanently in view, you can simply switch to calendar mode. The display field of the clock will now permanently show you the current year.
