The geometrically shaped 2,000 watt overhead radiant heater IR 2010 SC bridges the gap between outstanding product design and well thought-out functionality. Designed for uncomplicated heating of unroofed outdoor areas, the matte black radiant heater in polygon design provides seating and standing areas in outdoor catering, balconies and terraces with fast and pleasant infrared feel-good heat. A three-beam LED table lighting can be added via the remote control, if required, to create an atmospheric ambience with warm white light. A close-meshed grille protects the heating tube from curious children's fingers and accidental touches. Optimal conditions for a noticeably more pleasant time outdoors and a significant increase in sales for catering businesses in the cold winter.

The IR 2010 SC ceiling-mounted radiant heater, which is 100 percent rainproof in accordance with protection class IP45 and made of powder-coated aluminum, combines everything that catering professionals expect from a heating solution for outdoor catering. The 360° all-round heat radiated downwards by the 46 cm reflector screen heats areas of up to 15 m² in a targeted manner. In doing so, the IR 2010 SC, unlike conventional convectors, does not heat the ambient air first, which is extremely inefficient, especially outdoors. The particularly pleasantly felt infrared heat is immediately absorbed and stored by the skin. Thanks to this operating principle, the IR 2010 SC heats noticeably more intensively and more energy-efficiently than other heating technologies - and without unpleasant odors or noises.
Particularly easy installation
Maximum flexibility in mounting the 3 kg light radiant heater is provided by the supplied cable system, which is attached to the steel cable holders of the heating screen and the ceiling or wall bracket without the need for tools. For wall mounting, a distance hanger (additional wall bracket) is required, which can be purchased in specialized stores. Additional drilling or even expensive craftsmen are not required for the simple installation of the radiant heater with 1.8 meter long power cord and Schuko plug.
Complete set for easy self-assembly: summer temperatures 365 days a year
The infrared ceiling heater is supplied with all the necessary mounting hardware for quick and safe ceiling or wall mounting. For wall mounting, an additional wall bracket (distance hanger) is required, which is available in specialized shops.
Power is supplied via a 1.80 m power cable with Schuko plug (CEE 7/7) for European sockets.

Direct heat according to the principle of the sun
The halogen heating tube of the IR 2010 SC generates heat according to the natural principle of solar radiation. And it does so in a particularly energy-efficient manner, since a large part of the energy used is converted into direct heat. It is not the surrounding air that is heated, but objects and people in the direct vicinity of the infrared heater that absorb the radiant heat, store it and also release it back into the environment as secondary radiation. The heat distribution takes place noiselessly and without dust whirling up by a blower, whereby also asthmatics and Allergiker in the direct environment of the heater can breathe freely up and through.
