It's still best at home. Provided that the living space climate is not impaired by excessive humidity and the associated humidity problems such as mold, mold stains or moisture. With the TTK 73 E designer dehumidifier, you can prevent such dangers. The combination of metallic effect paint and pure white device optics makes the design device an absolute eye-catcher. The bluish, shiny metallic effect varies depending on the incidence of light and the viewing angle. Moisture problems arise everywhere in the house or apartment where it is damp or cold. Then mold and mites grow. The mobile dehumidifier TTK 73 E eliminates unhealthy moisture - before it becomes a problem - and thus creates a permanently healthy room climate.

A hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification with target preselection in the range of 30% to 80% relative humidity, digital humidity sensors and three ventilation levels guarantee reliable dehumidification. In automatic mode, the dehumidifier keeps the humidity in the optimal range depending on the current room temperature. A switchable swing function increases the air circulation in the room - without producing an audible wind. Thanks to the low noise level of only 43 dB (A), the TTK 73 E dehumidifies and dries whisper-quietly even in the highest fan setting - ideal conditions for sleep-promoting use in the bedroom or an undisturbed working environment in the office.
Live and work healthily with the right humidity
Optimally regulated room air humidity of around 40 to 60% prevents the formation of unhealthy moisture nests and mold cultures. In addition, the growth of dust mites and allergens is reduced. Another plus for the room climate: the integrated air filter reliably removes unsightly floating particles such as fluff and animal hair from the room air. The large 3.5 liter water collection container and a full dehumidification capacity of up to 24 l/24 h offer sufficient capacity for dehumidifying rooms up to 50 m² or 125 m³. For unattended continuous use, the device has a hose connection on the back so that the condensate extracted from the air can be conveniently drained using the hose supplied.
Auto restart function
With the auto-restart function (or memory function), the device restarts after an unexpected shutdown due to a power interruption with the preselected setting as soon as the power supply is available again. This means that the dehumidifier is also suitable for use with a timer.
Gentle laundry drying with air dehumidifiers
In addition to room air dehumidification, a dehumidifier can be used conveniently for drying laundry - as a support or as a complete replacement for a conventional tumble dryer. The laundry drying function (or also textile drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional air drying outdoors.
Dehumidifiers have the advantage that the laundry is dried gently like in nature. Colours stay bright and clothing has a longer lifespan than conventional tumble dryers and that with significantly less power consumption.
In addition, sensitive materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibers can also be dried without hesitation. In contrast to pure air drying, the laundry is much softer and more comfortable to wear on the skin.
Laundry can also be dried with air dehumidifiers without a laundry drying function. The target value of the air humidity must then be set according to the desired residual humidity:
Cupboard dry: 46% relative humidity
Ironing moisture: 58% relative humidity
Partially dried: 65% relative humidity
Propane (R290) as an environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers
Every year synthetic refrigerants emit several million tons of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore, the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. With the use of propane (R290) as a refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.
The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and one of the hydrocarbons. In contrast to synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0) nor a noteworthy greenhouse effect (GWP = 3).
Additional benefit for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus also reduces your energy costs.
Complete program for optimal humidity
Four operating tasks, three fan speeds and a multitude of comfort functions make the TTK 73 E dehumidifier a universal drying device for a multitude of different applications.
Automatic mode: With its practical automatic mode, the TTK 73 E detects whether the room air humidity is in the optimal range or is too humid. In the automatic mode, the air humidity is continuously measured depending on the current room temperature. In this operating mode, the device regulates the dehumidification intensity fully automatically and always keeps the air humidity in the ideal range in order to ensure optimal room air.
Continuous operation: Condensed water on the walls is one of the most common causes of moisture damage. For example, because water penetrates the basement from the outside through an insufficiently insulated wall. Or because the ventilation situation is insufficient to remove harmful moisture to the outside. The TTK 73 E has the permanent operation mode to keep such environments dry over the long term. In this program, the room air is permanently dehumidified with maximum output.
Night mode: Sultry nights in summer are sleep-consuming. In addition to the expelled moisture from breathing, the body's sweating increases the humidity to an unhealthy level. In the night mode, the TTK 73 E regulates the humidity in the lowest fan speed to an optimal value. For a restful sleep to recharge your batteries.
Laundry drying function: The laundry drying mode is recommended for gentle air drying of laundry. The laundry drying function (or also textile drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional air drying outdoors. Dehumidifiers have the advantage that the laundry is dried gently like in nature.
Energy-efficient operation - optimally planned
There are many good reasons to switch the TTK 73 E on or off after a certain number of hours. In the bedroom, dehumidification is recommended at night - however, the device does not have to work during the day. Likewise, dehumidification in the office or at the workplace is only necessary during working hours. For these and other application scenarios, the TTK 73 E has a programmable 24-hour timer with which the operating time can be preset in 1-hour steps until it is automatically switched on or off.

The robust and easily exchangeable steel insertion measuring pins enable a solid connection to the test material and ensure reliable measuring results for the wood moisture measurement of sawn timber and firewood or the material moisture measurement on soft building materials such as gypsum, plaster or screed.
A bar scale and the additional direct moisture value display in absolute percentages simplify the reading of the moisture values. Two different scale ranges for wood and building materials increase the accuracy.
For wood moisture measurement a calibration curve is stored in the device, which corresponds to the average of the relevant kinds of wood in Europe based on a wood temperature of 20 °C.
Therefore, no further settings are required for a quick indication of the wood moisture content.
Switching from wood moisture mode to building moisture mode and back is affected by means of a convenient mode selection slide control. Integrated in the protective cap of the device is a reference adapter for the control of the battery status and functions.
