With the belt sander PBSS 10-900, professional processing of wood, metal, filler and painted surfaces is particularly easy and time-saving. A full 900 watts of sanding power guarantee high stock removal, for example when smoothing, cleaning and deburring wood, removing layers of paint and paint residues or sanding down large surfaces to prepare the workpiece for subsequent painting. The handy powerhouse is also recommended for effortless metalworking, for example to remove surface rust by grinding or to give metal surfaces a flawless finish.

Everything is in there – ergonomics, functionality and high performance
The ergonomically perfectly balanced belt sander PBSS 10-900 with a low center of gravity is characterized by excellent balance and power transmission to the surface to be processed. This allows the grinder to work without tiring, even over longer periods of time. For a secure hold, the handle with integrated continuous operation locking button and belt speed control is also provided with a non-slip soft grip insert. A second guide knob ensures a permanently high contact pressure in two-handed operation.
Equipped with a durable 900 watt motor and a belt speed that can be infinitely adjusted from 120 m/min (level 1) to 380 m/min (level 6) using the setting wheel, the PBSS 10-900 ensures material-specific work with high stock removal, even on large surfaces.
Mobile like a hand grinder - stationary like a workbench
The PBSS 10-900 convinces both mobile and stationary as a belt sander with outstanding flexibility of use and equipment in its device class - and at the same time pleasingly simple handling.
In stationary operation, the PBSS 10-900 can be easily attached to the work table or workbench with precisely fitting retaining clips and set to continuous operation using the locking switch. The device has an integrated holding device for securely fixing the supplied table clamps.
The slim belt roll for sanding close to the edge houses an automatic belt centering system that automatically centers the sanding belt. If necessary, the belt run can be finely adjusted manually using an easily accessible adjustment screw. Changing the sanding belt is just as easy, thanks to the innovative clamping lever system, which can be carried out completely without tools in just a few seconds.
A sanding belt for woodworking with 80 grit is already included so that you can get started right away. Commercially available sanding belts measuring 76 x 533 mm can be used with the PBSS 10-900. So that you are always optimally equipped for all the work that needs to be done, we recommend our 10-piece belt sandpaper set at a bargain price.

PBSS 10‑900 – high grinding performance without raising dust
Not only where planing, chips fall. With its excellent grinding performance, the belt grinder PBSS 10-900 also ensures a high level of material removal and, as a result, a lot of particle abrasion. The PBSS 10‑900 has a connection for an external dust extraction system so that this fine dust does not end up in the air, does not soil the work area or is even inhaled. In addition, an easy-to-clean textile dust bag with a quick-release fastener is also included in the scope of delivery. The bag can be emptied quickly and easily using a zipper system.
The PBSS 10-900 is therefore also recommended for indoor use in the vicinity of dust-sensitive furniture or electronic devices, for example during renovation work.
